Vegan French Toast Recipe

INGREDIENTS

15g U.P. Vegan Protein powder

100ml unsweetened almond milk

2 slices wholemeal bread

15g peanut butter

100g strawberries

1 tsp cinnamon

 

METHOD

Mix the almond milk, cinnamon and protein powder in a tupperware container.

Soak the bread in the mixture thoroughly, then fry in the pan until both sides are crispy.

Assemble on a plate, topped with strawberries and peanut butter.
