New meal prep partnership with The Good Prep

Ultimate Performance has partnered with premium healthy meal preparation company The Good Prep (TGP). The partnership will see The Good Prep deliver healthy, macronutrient-calculated meals to U.P.’s client base across the United Kingdom.

U.P. currently operates nine private personal training gyms in the UK, including five London locations, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Cheshire.

The new meal prep partnership replaces U.P.’s own healthy meal prep service, EatUP. It means thousands of U.P. clients will now be able to enjoy more than 60 delicious dishes from The Good Prep menu.

Each dish is created with fresh ingredients and sustainably sourced meat and fish, and designed with a specific macronutrient profile of protein, fat and carbs. This enables clients to enjoy tasty food and still achieve world-class results on their U.P. personal training program.

With breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options, it gives clients more variety and choice in their nutrition to aid dietary compliance and long-term sustainability.

U.P. is known as the world’s leading personal training business, helping over 25,000 achieve life-changing transformations worldwide. The Good Prep has a track record of creating high-performance nutrition for business professionals, pro football clubs and British Olympic teams, including GB Cycling and Gymnastics.

It is this shared ethos of excellence and focus on delivering results that has formed the bedrock of this new partnership.

Steve Brice, Chief Financial Officer at Ultimate Performance, said:

“We are delighted to partner with The Good Prep, and to now offer TGP’s exciting range of delicious, nutritious meals to our clients.

“Fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand, and eating the right foods is absolutely crucial for our clients to achieve their goals. We know that people are extremely busy, and are often pushed for time when it comes to prepping their food.

“This partnership with TGP will solve that problem, enabling our clients to enjoy a wide range of tasty meal plans that will keep them on track with their diet, and encouraging them to develop sustainable, healthy eating habits.”

Jem Selcuk and Faith Milton, Directors and Co-Founders of The Good Prep, shared their thoughts on the partnership:

“We’re really excited to kickstart our partnership with an innovative company like Ultimate Performance.

“Like The Good Prep, they’re focused on providing the highest quality service possible to their clients, now enhanced further by our collaboration.

“We can’t wait to see the incredible results that we’re bound to see by pairing nutrition and fitness at forefront.”
