Greek Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 45g Grain-free granola
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 30g Chia berry jam

Method:

  1. Take a sundae glass and begin layering with the berry chia jam.
  2. Next add the greek yoghurt and the grain-free granola.
  3. Repeat until you have layered to the top of the glass.
  4. Serve with fresh mint and along spoon.
