The Endorphins from Lifting Weights Makes Me Feel Good Physically and Mentally: Scott Mills’ Blog Week 13

I feel like my training has picked up in pace somewhat this week, thanks to my U.P. trainer.

I’m really trying to throw myself into every session after what has been a challenging couple of weeks, juggling work and training, and being away from home.

I’ve also managed to navigate a friend’s birthday without touching the buffet or a drop of wine, and managed a day and night away in Wales for work – only sloping off to go and eat my EatUP meals in my hotel room
